Just a girl allergic to everything sharing her day to day life: the products I’ve found that work for me, some things I love, and restaurants that try not to kill me

Gluten Free & Allergen Friendly Expo

Gluten Free & Allergen Friendly Expo

I am so excited to be going to the Gluten Free & Allergen Friendly Expo this year on July 22nd and 23rd in Worcester, MA.

This will be my first time attending this Expo or any gluten/allergy expo. I can’t wait to meet the amazing people representing the brands and products that have helped me in my allergy free journey. Plus find some new products and brands to try. They are going to have over a hundred vendors, seven different classes over the two days, and free food samples! Woot woot! I mean now that I can’t wander around Costco for food samples, this will be my chance!

It will also be a great opportunity for me to meet some amazing people with food allergies. I have only met a few people with food allergies and I can’t wait to meet some more. Having allergies can be rough and having someone who can relate, can just make it all the more comforting.

It will also be my chance to attend some classes relating to food allergies and living gluten free. They are holding a gluten-free tips & tricks class with the chef Robert Landolphi. They are also having a “Gluten: The Gut, Brain & Skin Connection” class, which I am excited to sit in on because I have suffered for so long with my skin. Last but not least, I can’t wait to attend the class, “Traveling the world with food allergies.” I have been very fearful of travel, but maybe this will be the push I need to take this thing on the road!

I’m going to be running a contest to give away offering one free ticket to five different very lucky people on my Instagram page so be sure to check it out for your chance to win a free ticket!
